Lars Wallin Fashion Stories celebrates elegance, innovation, and timeless design.

About the exhibition

The exhibition at Malmö museum will encompass three themes:

  • Couture
  • Atelier craftsmanship offers visitors a glimpse into the creative process from sketch to couture completion.
  • Stage attire explicitly tailored for events like Melodifestivalen and the Eurovision Song Contest.

The exhibition includes several standout pieces, such as three dresses worn by Petra Mede during the Eurovision Song Contest finals in 2016, Carola Häggkvist's costume from 2006, and a dress worn by Princess Sofia earlier this year during French President Emmanuel Macron's state visit to Sweden. This marks the first time Lars Wallin Fashion Stories has featured garments from the Swedish royal family.
